Nikki is a married mum of 2 girls and is passionate about Motivating YOU


In 2010 I made a decision to be the best me I could possibly be.  I lost 12kgs, regained my fitness and challenged myself to complete the 100km Trailblazer Ultra-marathon in Adelaide, (which our team conquered in 25 hours and 18 minutes).


Everyone has a defining moment.  That was mine.


Since then I have challenged myself with the several Trail Runs, The Triple Crown Half Marathon challenge, City 2 Bay Adelaide, parkruns and various distances over different terrains.


It was not easy.  Being committed to your family, taking that step towards bettering yourself by putting yourself first is never easy.  Having found myself unfit and unhealthy I surrounded mself with likeminded people and pushed through the hard stuff.  Always with the support of my family!


Everyone starts somewhere.

My personal focus on strength, stability and co-ordination has guided me towards a Pilates based fundamentality and combining that with my love of fitness and communicating with people, personal training was not only the right fit for me....I believe it could be the right fit for you!
