Depending on your goal, we can provide a running program, specifically designed to suit your busy lifestyle.

Starting at 0kms or whatever kms you are capable of running right now, these programs are designed to ease you into a regular routine, written in a way that can be modified on a weekly basis.  This has to be doable for you and no week will be the same.  Motivate Yourself will be guiding you towards the ability to run comfortably with the hope of igniting a love of running into your future.

 

If you don't have a strength program already, for a small cost one can be added to compliment your running program.
