All fitness sessions are conducted here and some can be negotiated offsite.

What exactly does that mean?

 

No matter what movement we do, there is always a focus on posture, breathing and of course the T-Zone. Since qualifying for my Pilates for PT Certificate in August 2016, all our movements use the Pilates Fundamentals which has given my clients great success in gaining core strength, balance, co-ordination and the confidence to challenge themselves in ways they never thought possible!

Having the correct technique will give you the ability to move forward towards your goals at a steady pace, influencing your mind towards getting it right the first time.

Pilates Based movement with correct technique will enable you to focus only on the areas the exercise is supposed to strengthen, leaving the rest of your body to support the movement rather than join in which will reduce unnecessary muscle tension.
